NDIS-funded psychological therapy is tailored to support each person’s unique needs, goals, and strengths. Our aim is not just to reduce symptoms, but to help participants improve their quality of life, increase independence, and build the skills they need to live more confidently and meaningfully.
NDIS psychological therapy may support people with:
We use a range of evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care — always adapted to suit each participant’s goals and abilities.
Our services are available to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants with funding under Improved Daily Living or relevant capacity-building categories. We work with children, teens, adults, and carers across a range of mental health and disability-related needs.
Our care is collaborative and person-centred, working closely with participants, their support coordinators, carers, and other providers to ensure therapy is aligned with NDIS goals and support plans. All sessions are confidential, respectful, and person-centred — empowering individuals to take meaningful steps forward in their lives.
